Registration Instructions

Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings subject to advanced Author Registration (at least one (1) of the authors registers and pays by early date (1/9/2023 to 5/10/2023). One registration can cover up to two (2) papers. Unregistered papers will be removed from the program and not published in the conference proceedings.

Registration steps

Click on "Register paper" below and decide if your presentation is online or in Person, by answering to the question in your paper element (profile) just click on the symbol (pen, edit paper) near "How would you like to present your paper?"
Assign a presenter
Sign the IEEE eCopyright in your paper element (profile) just click on the symbol "+" near "Copyright form"
Pay the registration fees in your paper element (profile). Just click on the symbol "coupon"
Upload your ieee pdfexpress certified manuscript (after proofreading, and answering to the reviewers' comments)
1. Go to IEEE PDF eXpress: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
2. Create IEEE PDF eXpress account, use in the Conference ID: 56956X
3. Upload source file(s) (your manuscripts) for conversion if it is not in PDF format and/or upload your PDF file for checking if already in PDF format
4. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
5. For non-Egyptians presenters; kindly send a copy of your passport to info@smartcities40.com

Regarding the presentation:

It is Maximum 12-14 minutes oral presentation with 2-3 minutes Questions and Answers.

For in-person presentation: you can bring your power point presentation or upload it via EDAS.
For online presentation: You can upload your video presentation via EDAS, and the presenter should be present to answer questions.
